Cheat Mode functionality is disabled during the singleplayer campaign mission. Removing/toning down the AI's omnipotence would make the gameplay far more engaging by making the fights feel more organic and fair rather than feeling like you're fighting against, well, a computer. NOTE: Launching Modern Combat with Cheat Mode enabled will disable all online multiplayer functionality.
